About role:

At SIENN, we are a mid-sized tech company that steers away from a corporate approach. We deliver a wide range of projects to clients worldwide, creating innovative IT solutions and supporting diverse industries. Among our initiatives, we are developing product for data synchronization and analytics support, which plays a key role in optimizing our operations. For this role, working on the development and enhancement of this product will be the primary focus, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with the CTO and contribute actively to improving our internal technological processes.

Requirements:

Must have:

• 15+ years of experience in .Net application development.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server (Transact-SQL, stored procedures, functions, error handling).
• Expertise in C#, MVC, and backend technologies.
• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with ETL and tools like Power BI.
• Experience with developing a commercial software product.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Business acumen – understanding the customer’s business perspective, including budget awareness, ability to provide cost estimations, and a focus on delivering value.
• Ability to create technical documentation and pay attention to detail in task analysis.
• Proficient in English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of deployment processes.
• Understanding of financial concepts and fintech solutions (e.g., financial dashboards, accounting processes).
