The subject of the project in the financial and accounting industry is the expansion of the existing accounting software for a Dutch company, specializing in audits, accounting, payroll, HR, tax and legal consulting. The project is international (Client from the Netherlands). Initially, there will be 1 team consisting of: BE Developers, FE developer, QA, Scrum Master and Solution Architect. Ultimately, there will be 2-3 teams with a similar composition.

The aim of the project will be the modernization of technology (.Net 4.7 / 4.8 to .Net Core 6.0) as well as the development and maintenance of the Client’s internal software.

Your role

Introducing, coaching, and facilitating Scrum and Agile best practices
Promoting an Agile mindset in daily work with different teams, creating a positive environment for change (as well as subsequent change management)
Planning and moderating Scrum events
Cooperation with a business analyst and PO: supporting product backlog management, moderating
Standardization of Scrum practices in teams
Creating new solutions and ways to cooperate with development teams
Organizing and conducting internal meetings and workshops on Agile, soft skills, etc. (depending on the needs of the teams)

What we offer?

Salary – two options:

B2B: Fixed monthly amount for B2B with 26 days of paid leave + 33 days of sick leave – 11,000-19,000 PLN / month net

UoP: PLN 9,000 to PLN 15,800 gross/month

Job requirements

Team management skills (true leader)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong training, mentoring and coaching skills
Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts
Demonstrated experience in working with the full cycle of Agile team (Scrum, Kanban)
Good knowledge of Lean Software Development, Scrum, Kanban
Experience and ability to work in a hybrid / remote, international team
Fluency in English, written and oral
Experience in using a wide range of known patterns and techniques, incl. TDD, SOLID, CI / CD, User Stories
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I)
